There should be a way for the patient to simply call in without using video by giving them a direct line just like zoom or google voice. This way we can share with patients that do not have access to the internet or a smart phone.

I am contacting you from Dr. Chediak's office. We still have a login and password setup. If I have not used it in over a year do I need to reset the password or is it still active? Your account stays active unless you physically delete it. If you need help getting in and password reset isn't working for you, our support team is able to help out if needed!
We are still HIPAA compliant. I am not sure about the attached page. It doesn't look like its made it to your post. I will say that we've had a lot of updates over the last year. If you'd like a refresher, the support team can get someone to show you around if you'd like!
