I see you are on the pro plan, so you should see the group call option when you are in a call with a client. If you have a second person check into your waiting room, they will appear in your queue on your menu tab on the call. You can click group call or on their name to add them to the current call.

andrea terry: Currently we are supporting up to 12 people (including yourself) on a call at a time. We are exploring the ability to have more. Would that cover your case or do you need to be able to see more?
