In-app option to mask ambient sound for the client. Working from home sometimes means that neighbors have music playing loudly, renovations are going on, etc. It would be great to have a secure, in-app way to mask the sound so the client is not bothered by it as they are sharing their difficult experiences in therapy. I don't know how secure it would be to add an outside app.

Thank you for this feedback! We do have some built in noise cancellation and browsers are continually making updates trying to improve it on their side as well. Unfortunately, we are experiencing more echo related problems caused by the browser's (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc) noise cancellation right now, but hopefully we can find the sweet spot for you in the near future.

As a workaround, we have seen success with people using existing products on the market, such as Krisp.ai or the newer native feature on Apple products for voice isolation (see screenshot).
