Chime notification of client logging into the waiting room

When I have late clients I am using that time to get other things done, but have to keep returning to the dashboard screen to visually check to see if they have logged in. If there was a chime when they log in I can work with less anxiety and fewer interruptions.

I would like to be able to work on another task while waiting for a patient to check in without having to continuously go back and check if they've checked in or not. A chime or another noise indicating a patient is waiting would be helpful.
