When patient gets the text link, some patients are incapable of typing in their name.

When pts gets the text link, it would be helpful if they can enter without being required to enter their name. Perhaps other options would be beneficial, such as speech to text for their name, or if the app allows the doctors office to enter the patients phone number and a name (an option, not a requirement) so that the name can show up in the waiting room instead of making a 95 yo patient enter their own name.
