How do I brighten the video? It's too dark

I don't see a function on doxy.me that allows me to brighten the video.

Color of my image
Pamela Luttig
Is it just me, or does my image look redder than it should? Is that possible to adjuts?
John Swinnie
Pamela Luttig - Please reach out to our support team to see if they can help you with this. They can be reached at support@doxy.me or through the help button.
From a doxy.me standpoint, we do not have anything in our settings to change or adjust the color or lighting of the call at this time. I will merge this post with other requests for this feature, but support should be able to meet with you to see what is going on with the redness. Might be a true lighting or device situation that they can give some tips on.

Adjusting colours in the video
Linda Stråka
Just like in Zoom, Teams or Skype, where you are able to increase warmth, contrast, temperature or stronger colours in the video.

Please allow for lighting adjustments on the video. The room could be filled with a lot of natural light, yet the person on the call is dark.

Improve low light situation
Chris Kalamon
I've tried ring lights and I'm near a window, but not enough light comes in. Zoom has a great feature that you can turn on when you have a low light situation. It would be very helpful if Doxy offered this as well.

Phyllis Graves-Cooper: Do you have the camera preview enabled so you can see yourself while on the dashboard? I'm curious if that is not enough to meet your need here. You are also able to check in as a patient and hold a call with yourself to check the lighting situation.
Please let me know if these suggestions do not help!
John Swinnie
Phyllis Graves-Cooper: AH! I see what you are asking about! Thank you for the suggestion! I'll get over to our product team so they can investigate when their bandwidth permits.
Please feel free to let us know if there's anything else that would make your experience or life easier with doxy.me!
