Noise cancelling
I would like to have my client's background noise and my background noise cancelled better like Zoom is able to do.
a filter for user appearance
It may seem like a vain thing to ask for but the video is very unflattering and can affect self-confidence. Zoom has very simple yet effective filter options.
Stop showing animated balloons during therapy sessions
Getting balloons while doing therapy - I don't know what's triggering it and don't see a way to make it stop - have had it happen multiple times where we're discussing a serious topic and then balloons appear all over the screen
Ability to Upload a Custom Background
I would like to be able to upload my own custom background for my sessions.
Please return the clock which is permanently, continuously visible with how much time has elapsed in the session. Very important to both to manage feelings, wrap up content, not run overtime, etc.
It would be helpful if there could be a sound when someone enters the waiting room
Increase the quality and reliability of the doxy.me video-calling experience

It would help if your chat feature worked.
I'm trying to chat about a problem I had on a call with patient.
Speech-to-text so that not everything has to be typed rather we can use a headset to speak and that it be converted into text.
