We pushed an update this morning which updated the pre-rendered photo referenced in this post. While we do not currently plan to have this image customizable at this time, we will keep that in mind as we continue to work on expanding our client branding opportunities in the near future.

Change marketing image on Doxy link.

I am a BIPOC therapist working with primarily BIPOC clients. When I send the link to my clients, the image that appears is a young white female client and a male doctor. I and my clients both find this to be discouraging and harmful to see. What is Doxy doing to demonstrate cultural competence and awareness? Can this be changed to only display the Doxy logo or a more diverse representation of mental health and clinicians.

I would love to not have an image of a woman smiling appear attached to the weblink for my site when I text it to patients. I always worry they think that it's a photo of me.
