I would like to know if a client checked in before I logged on. I would like this feature to be added. example if a client checked in at 4:01 and then logged out. Then I logged in 1 min later 4:02. I want to be able to see that they actually logged into the waiting room at 4:01.

Provide analytics reference to time/date client logged in. Many times when logging in late/missed appointment, they state they were on when provider awaited with no login, to assist provider in demonstrating/recording client participation.

Melissa Croy - adding a report is something we could look at. I think that in the meantime, enabling your text or email notifications (from your other post) will meet the immediate need. Anytime someone checks in, we fire off texts / emails to you, creating the running log you are looking for. If they do log in and then meet with you, the meeting history should provide the details of the call (durations, etc) for you.
