The video is blurred, choppy, and freezes. The sound is unreliable. It was never like this before the upgrade. It also takes some extra steps to log on. SO MANY reasons to cancel my subscription. My other telehealth platform does not have these problems at all.

Thank you for the feedback and for letting us know that the video and sound quality aren't what you'd expect when using the new version of doxy.me This is not what we like to hear and will do whatever we can to address the issue.
My team and I are currently investigating the choppy video and unreliable sound that you're reporting. While we do that, I'll move you back to the original version of doxy.me. Once this has been resolved, we will reach out and let you know when your account will be returned to the new version.
Can you please help me understand what you mean by the extra steps to log in? My team and I didn't update the log-in process for providers and would like to know what we can do differently to make this easier for providers.

Blurry, bad sound, I can't enlarge the preview to see how the client can see me. The new update creates a vertical line that moves on my laptop whatever tab I'm on unless I quit the Doxy app. Log in is now too many steps. I can't even cancel my subscription, because the cancel button is unresponsive. My other telehealth platform works just fine! Nightmare! I'm out!

Nothing new to say other than to highlight patient complaints about the new version. Most importantly, all video is now less clear. I have very high-speed internet and several browsers (Edge, Safari, Chrome, Duck) so the video problem must be You, not Me.
