My medical assistant help virtually room the patient and with the new version it does not allow patients to be put back in the waiting room OR allow two people on at the same time. Going back to the old version. Just letting someone know.

Doxyme needs to know that the beta form is not working some many of your customers. If I understand this correctly the beta format will be rolled out some time in the future and I for one will not be able to use it. I had to reverse the beta back to the orginal format for it to work for me. Henry Esposito 404-558-4457
What are you going to do about this? I may need to find another provider if you can not fix this problem.

The new Beta is awful - I'm sure there are some that might love it. Please leave the option open for us to opt out of the Beta. Thank you!

Do not make this new updated version mandatory for everyone. I want the old version of Doxy Me back. This version is not compatible with my computer, and clients are reporting issues with not being able to see or hear me. This new update is terrible.

We are unable to do our check in processes without the patient having to sign back in every time someone speaks to them. PLEASE bring back the pause feature.

cboduch@psychiatryoftexas.com- we are not introducing the new version to our clinic accounts yet due to this sort of workflow issue. We're still working on this functionality. I see that you have a Pro Account, not a Clinic or Enterprise Account so you are likely putting clients on hold. I would recommend reaching out to our team about looking at the true clinic functionality and features so that you are no longer sharing passwords as we are not designed or intending to be utilized in that manner.
