Leave the patient queue check-in up, stop making the client's log in disappear if they are waiting for a long time. Some client's log in before the session and when their queue disappears i cannot log them in. Its ineffective, it stops me from logging people in for their session, at times i do not even know they are in the queue as their names disappear as if they've log off.

It would be helpful to see a record/history of Check-ins by provider, to see when a patient checked-in and when they were seen.

View previous waiting room check-ins. Some patients will claim to have checked in before the "no show" cutoff time (for me that is 15 minutes after the hour), at which point I have closed the Doxy platform. I wish I could go back and see if they actually checked in prior to the 15-minute mark or if they checked in at perhaps 20-minutes after the hour, which would provide additional support for charging a no-show fee.

As a workaround for this request, we do have some Providers who turn on email notifications for patients checking in so that they have that record they can match up with the Meeting History.
NOTE: You do have to have a Professional or Clinic subscription to enable email notifications.

It would be helpful to see the previous appointments for 24 hours. We have a strict no show policy and when a patient says that they were in the waiting room, we have no way of checking to see if the patient did show up.
