Doxy used to offer picture-in-picture before the update in June 2024, and this was KEY for me. I'm temporarily able to keep it, but if you eliminate this feature entirely, I may need to search for a new telehealth platform. The ability to stack my patient's small video on top of my existing EMR system so I can see their medications, bloodwork, etc, while I'm also watching them is crucial.
