Before the recent upgrade of Doxy.me there was a feature that allowed me to be working on another website, keep Doxy.me open, and when my client "entered the waiting room" a red dot would show up on the Doxy.me Tab . This would alert me to open the Doxy.me tab and begin my session. Since it's removal I have needed to tab back and forth to see if the client has entered and this feels inefficient.
