unable to send files on group call

when I tried to send files during group call, I was unable to do so. I do have paid version. So, I can send it as long as it is 1 on 1 call. I believe this was not an issue before the website was renewed. If you could please fix this matter, I would really appreciate it. Thank you!

I can see how having to ask participants to leave and rejoin a call could affect their perception, and that’s certainly not the experience we want you to have.
Since file transfer in group calls is a game-changer for you, we are moving you back to the old doxy.me platform tomorrow until we enable this functionality in the new version. This way, you can continue your sessions without disruption while we work on restoring this feature.
