Control the background--add custom, simply blur or add from selection of solid or graphic backgrounds as you can in Zoom, etc.

I can understand having fancier backgrounds being a premium feature, but I believe blurring a background should be a default feature. This protects the boundary of the provider as the patient should not necessarily always be able to see what is in the background of the provider's home. It could be a boundary issue and a safety issue.
