soap note
30 minutes to delete can be difficult as it takes awhile to download and a client may be waiting when you have a 50-60 minute session. Clients name should be on the note, more than a soap note should be offered. Medical necessity should be noted as well as diagnosis. You have lots to improve on AI note taking. ALMA has it right . look at UPHEAL
