Suggested Improvements

The software kept turning camera and microphone off for me and my client. It was a ruined session. Both of us showed all green bars on our connectivity. I liked the old format and do not like this new one. And now these problems are terrible.

The video is blurred, choppy, and freezes. The sound is unreliable. It was never like this before the upgrade. It also takes some extra steps to log on. SO MANY reasons to cancel my subscription. My other telehealth platform does not have these problems at all.

Be able to have stable audio and video connection through out entire session

Doxy.me has a new “look” that I can’t navigate as well and don’t like it. I couldn’t connect with my patient. Then when I tried to reconnect since she joined my “waiting room@ again I couldn’t find where to click on the waiting room to let her back in. I gave up and called her in my phone via FaceTime! I need help with this new platform, not easy prefer the old one! Dr Liefland

There is no purpose to the 'return to dashboard' button. Please have the window return directly to the dashboard after a call by default Anything to maximize efficiency and minimize redundancies is a good thing , even if it's reducing by 1 additional click

Clearly those who made these changes are NOT clinicians. Video view is terrible, much wider, which changes the experience for the client. No timer easily visible any more. Can't get to the apps that ARE downloaded into my portal. Please consider going back to the original, or having the option to. Am looking into other options as I'm also concerned about how much data you seem to be gathering about my clients.This is supposed to be confidential.

I am livid with doxy. Support, chat, lack of support phone number is unacceptable. Recent problem not help whatever. Button on change password page did not work. Tied up my work day. Never had a problem with DOXY - will NEVER recommend this site to a colleague again. Shame on you.
